Meet Emma!

Senior Instructor 

Emma is a senior cycling instructor, born and raised in Minnesota and moved to Great Falls in September of 2022. She is a United States Navy Veteran who served for six years. Emma graduated with a degree in Sociology in December of 2022 and is currently a social worker. Emma loved indoor cycling from home but once she attended her first THRIVEcycle class, she couldn't get enough!

Where do you get your inspiration from?
My Mom is a huge inspiration to me as well as my family & friends.

Reason for clipping in?
To continue to get stronger, not only physically, but mentally as well. 

What music will I hear in your class?

A little bit of everything! Country, alternative & pop.
