Corissa is a new cycling instructor, born in San Diego, CA and raised in Havre, Montana. She is a registered dental hygienist and loves to golf, weight lift, snowboard and any sport involving water! Corissa, her fiance  Justin, two pups and cat enjoy all Great Falls has to offer. After Corissa's boss introduced her to THRIVEcycle, she never looked back!

Where do you get your inspiration from?
My inspiration comes from within. I always want to be the best version of myself. 

Reason for clipping in?
That post-ride high! THRIVEcycle is the first place I've ever cycled and I've never felt more empowered.

What music will I hear in your class?

Pop, rap and rock.

Yogurt or a banana.
