Meet Alanis!

Alanis is a new cycling instructor, born and raised in California. She is an outpatient nurse and has two adorable pugs, Bean & Brie. In 2022, Alanis married her high school sweetheart, Andres and relocated to Malmstrom AFB. Alanis has been cycling since 2021 and was thrilled when she heard the buzz about THRIVEcycle. Alanis can't wait to take you for a ride!

The slower pace of life and the amazing people I've met here!

Where do you get your inspiration from?
My inspiration comes from my love of music and my THRIVE family. ♡

Reason for clipping in?
Cycling has become an outlet for me, it's what keeps me grounded! It challenges me to push myself to be stronger mentally and physically. 

What music will I hear in your class?

R&B, rap, hip hop, latin pop & house music.

A granola bar or a banana with a Celsius!
